 Spirits In Stone supports all industry efforts to end trafficking of
conflict diamonds. We only obtain diamonds from reputable sources
that comply with the international monitoring system known as the
Kimberly Process, which requires manufacturers to supply retailers
with documentation that their diamonds were received through
legitimate channels. Further, we choose countries such as Australia,
Canada, India, Botwana and South Africa as our preferred sources due
to their humane policies and regulations. This is a continual process
of monitoring. We acutely realize that our buying choices and yours,
too, do make a difference.
